By accessing our website, placing an order, or engaging with our services in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Ayra Tea & Gifts is a premium tea, gifting, and specialty retail company based in Dome, Accra, Ghana. We offer curated gifting experiences, luxury teas, chocolates, biscuits, teaware, custom gift boxes, event gifting solutions, and nationwide delivery services across Ghana.

3. Eligibility

By using our website or placing an order, you confirm that:

4.3 Custom & Personalised Orders

Custom gift boxes and bespoke orders are prepared specifically for you upon request. By placing a custom order, you agree that:

  • The order cannot be cancelled once production has begun
  • You are responsible for providing accurate personalisation details
  • We are not liable for errors resulting from incorrect information provided by you

5. Pricing

5.1 Currency & Pricing

All prices displayed on our website and communicated through our channels are in Ghana Cedis (GHS) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change at any time without notice.

5.2 Errors in Pricing

In the event of a pricing error on our website or in a quote provided to you, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse the order even after payment has been made. In such cases, a full refund will be issued promptly.

5.3 Promotional Pricing

Promotional and discounted prices are only valid during the specified promotional period and cannot be applied retroactively to previous or pending orders.


6. Orders & Order Acceptance

6.1 Placing an Order

Orders may be placed through our website, in-store, or via WhatsApp and phone. Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline at our discretion.

6.2 Order Confirmation

An order is only confirmed once you receive an explicit confirmation from us via WhatsApp, email, SMS, or through our website’s order confirmation system. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any stage for reasons including but not limited to:

  • Product unavailability
  • Suspected fraudulent activity
  • Errors in pricing or product information
  • Inability to verify payment

6.3 Order Cancellations

You may request a cancellation before your order has been processed or dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible and our Refund & Returns Policy will apply. Custom and personalised orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.


7. Payment

7.1 Accepted Payment Methods

We accept payments through approved payment channels including mobile money, bank transfers, and any other payment methods explicitly offered at checkout or communicated to you at the time of purchase.

7.2 Payment Security

All electronic payments are processed through secure, third-party payment providers. We do not store full card or mobile money account details on our systems. You are responsible for ensuring your payment details are accurate and that sufficient funds are available.

7.3 Failed or Disputed Payments

We reserve the right to withhold order processing until payment has been successfully confirmed. Any chargebacks or payment disputes initiated without first contacting us may result in suspension of your ability to place future orders.


8. Delivery

8.1 Delivery Areas

We offer nationwide delivery across Ghana. Delivery timelines, fees, and available areas are communicated at the time of order and are subject to the terms outlined in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

8.2 Delivery Responsibility

Once an order has been handed over to our delivery partner, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the logistics provider. We will, however, make every reasonable effort to assist you in resolving any delivery issues that arise.

8.3 Incorrect Delivery Information

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information. We are not liable for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by you.


9. Refunds & Returns

All refund and return requests are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms of that policy.


10. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and marketing materials — including but not limited to text, images, logos, graphics, product photographs, and brand identity — is the property of Ayra Tea & Gifts and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any of our content for commercial purposes without our express written consent.
